As advisors to public and private clients, the practice offers a flexible and practical approach on all aspects of the conservation of historic and vernacular buildings and structures, including ecclesiastical buildings, protected structures, recorded monuments and all other structures which make up our built heritage and contribute to the local vernacular.

We are a multi-discipline team committed to advising on best practice conservation principles and comprising both the technical and practical skills required in the repair of historic structures. As a small but varied practice and in the light of the current economic situation, we can provide a focused, low overhead, specialist, hands-on conservation building service focused to the particular needs of the client and structure for medium and small scale projects.

Ivor McElveen Associates are also available to facilitate CPD’s, Lectures and seminars, to professionals, academic organisations and any other interested bodies.
